ATHANASIOS ARGIANAS
Residency Announcement

Winter 2025

Flat Time House is pleased to announce that artist Athanasios Argianas will be undertaking a residency at Flat Time House in 2025. Argianas (b. Athens 1976) is a multidisciplinary artist and musician who lives between London and the Argosaronic Gulf in Greece. He will use his time at Flat Time House to consider John Latham’s theories of time and duration in relationship to sonic composition. Argianas has an interdisciplinary practice incorporating sculpture, painting, text, performance and often composed music or sound, and concerns itself with translations between media and the production of affect and hybridity.

The residency will include a screening and in-conversation event with four films by Argianas and one by Latham to take place on Friday 31 January at 7pm.
