Leon Redler will host a conversation on the possible meanings and consequences of madness today.

'My involvement with the Philadelphia Association began at Kingsley Hall in London, in 1965. [...]

Could a phenomenological approach, bracketing preconceptions about "mental illness", free of reductive, objectifying psychiatric thinking and rejecting psychiatric treatments seeking to control experience and behaviour, also encourage the opening up and healing of hearts and minds and invite each person to find his or her own voice, joyfully if and when possible?' ('We all go astray', Radical Psychiatry Vol. 7 - 2, 2008)

Leon Redler was involved with Kingsley Hall between 1965-1970. His therapy practice is currently based in the Bradford Room of Church of St Mary Magdalene Munster Square, London.
